The building is located in a commercial area, just a few steps away from the Laurentina metro station. It is adjacent to both the Eur district and to one of Rome’s largest shopping centres.

The building was ambitiously redesigned in 2017, a project which involved both the outer part of the building as well as the interiors. External works included the creation of a frame surrounding the entire building having the dual purpose of hiding the fire escape stairs and protecting the top floor from both solar radiation and bad weather. As for the interiors, the extensive redesign involved the internal layout of the offices where some of the most advances technological systems were installed, there including domotics, thus placing the building at the forefront of energy efficiency.

The building has a reinforced concrete structure whereas the external finish consists of a continuous glass façade and rectangular frosted glass pilaster strips, horizontal as well as vertical, rhythmically repeated to hide floors and pillars.

The building comprises eleven floors, two of which are underground floors for car parks. The reception and refreshment areas are on the ground floor, there are seven floors for offices with spacious and bright open space layouts, whereas the top floor is for top management and it enjoys access to two large terraces overlooking the Eur district.

Two large entrance portals on the ground floor have the purpose of marking the building’s main access points to external visitors and employees. In the central section of the building, two revolving doors allow access the building’s reception, an area framed by a LED wall depicting images relating to the automotive sector, the industry in which the current tenant of the property, operates.
