The Business Centre is located in the Parco De’ Medici district, an area with a strong managerial and administrative vocation, home to a number of leading multinational companies. Thanks to its proximity to the new Fiera di Roma, one of the largest and most prestigious exhibition hubs in Europe, the district has seen extensive developments in recent years with the creation of recreational facilities (multiplex cinema) as well as residential ones (apartments and hotels).

The Parco De’ Medici Business Centre is excellently connected by the metropolitan train with the adjacent Muratella station and it can be reached by car by means of a junction on the urban section of the Rome-Fiumicino motorway.

The building complex comprises two buildings having similar structural characteristics with reinforced concrete structures and glass curtain walls. Each building consists of an underground floor dedicated to car parks and archives, and six floors above ground for offices.

The ground floor of one of the two buildings houses a corporate child care facility. Despite being adjacent, the two buildings have independent driveways and pedestrian accesses, although they are connected by the same external green area and outdoor parking area.
